Job Description

  • Understanding of laws and best prctices in area of real estate, banking and investment
  • Conducting due diligence and obtaining title certificates for the lands to be procured.
  • Experience in Title verification and Legal opinion on property matters taking care of different projects.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for land acquisition documents, mergers and financing documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resolving queries/ issues of customers
  • Must have worked as an independent Lawyer / Law Firm which specializes in issuing Legal Opinions
  • To interact and work closely with multiple stakeholders (including internal and external) in relation to issuing a Legal Opinion
  • Should own up the responsibility of issuing a Legal Opinion to a Bank / NBFC

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council
  • Extensive knowledge in Indian real estate laws including RERA, the Transfer of Property Act, state rules and regulations, Standardized Building Byelaws, Development Control Rules etc.
  • Good analytical and comprehension skills with ability to identify critical issues and advise on means to address or mitigate them.
  • Knowledge of stamp duty and registration laws etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in regional language (like Hindi/Kannada/Marathi)
  • Understanding of the Real Estate business and Infrastructure
Group Head – Deposits

Work Experience: Minimum 12 and above years of bank deposit operations experience, with a minimum of 8 of those years in management.

Qualification: Masters in general business or finance preferred but not mandatory.

  • Thorough knowledge of bank operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services.
  • Strong knowledge of risks associated with banking operations and payment systems as well as industry best practices.
  • General knowledge of various bank credit products, programs, and related documentation, as applicable.

DSA Head

Work Experience: 10 Yrs & above

Job Description

  • Will be responsible for the growth and target achievement of DSA business.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve Sales Targets.
  • Own the Sales Targets for the Pan India.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand business.
  • Conduct field promotional and marketing activities.
  • Identify Engage and Tie-up with Channel Partners (Banks / NBFCs) for new products.
  • Prepare the Business Reports in sync with Reporting Authority / Management.
  • Manage customer queries during the on-boarding process.
  • Establish strong, productive, and collaborative working relationships with the Channel partners.
  • Manage DSA leads of different locations/regions and get the leads logged in via Channel Partners.
  • Impart product and policy training to the branch staff.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 10-15 years of work experience in Corporate / Institutional Sales in Secured and Unsecured Loans is preferred.
  • Prior experience of handling team in different locations / states is preferred.
  • Proven track record in Sales. Sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Team working and People Management Skills along with Customer service attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree level.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & EXCEL.
