- Enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council

- Good analytical and comprehension skills with ability to identify critical issues and advise on means to address or mitigate them.
- Knowledge of stamp duty and registration laws etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in regional language (like Hindi/Kannada/Marathi)
- Understanding of the Real Estate business and Infrastructure
Work Experience: Minimum 12 and above years of bank deposit operations experience, with a minimum of 8 of those years in management.
Qualification: Masters in general business or finance preferred but not mandatory.

- Prior experience of handling team in different locations / states is preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales. Sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Team working and People Management Skills along with Customer service attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree level.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & EXCEL.
