Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Assess community needs, social issues, and environmental concerns through stakeholder consultations.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives such as community development, education, and
sustainability projects. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective program execution.
- Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations to enhance impact.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR projects, providing regular reports to management.
- Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Engage employees and stakeholders through awareness campaigns, training, and volunteer opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory CSR requirements.
- Stay updated with CSR best practices and industry trends to improve effectiveness.
- Represent the organization at CSR events and conferences.
Skills Required
- Fresher’s with exposure to social work, NGOs, or CSR activities.
- Strong understanding of CSR concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social issues, community development, and environmental sustainability.
