Job Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring processes and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and address grievances.
- Assist with Performance appraisals and recommend relevant training programs.
- Draft policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
Skills Required
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
