Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the training function, both administratively and functionally.

- Develop annual training plans, budgets, and calendars.
- Design and create content for instructor-led and virtual training.
- Collaborate with teams to align training with business strategies.
- Conduct classroom, field, and soft skills training.
- Implement assessments to measure training effectiveness.
- Travel 60% to regional locations.
Skills Required
- Post Graduate in the relevant domain.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership skills for motivating and guiding team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies.
