Currently serving as the Public Relations Officer, Satyawrat plays a key role in event planning, vendor coordination, and strategic communication. His expertise in Marathi and English drafting, along with his vast network through Rotary International and the Masonic Lodge of India, enhances LMCSโs outreach and engagement.

She was a key contributor to setting up the Mutual Fund Department, enhancing investment opportunities for members. Since joining LMCS in 2010, she has handled multiple portfolios, including HR, Marketing, and Administration, before taking charge of the CSR department in 2022.

Currently serving as Regional Manager โ Nashik at Lokmanya Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (LMCS), Santosh oversees regional banking operations, credit management, loan recovery, and strategic financial planning. A former Chief Manager at the State Bank of India (SBI), Balasaheb has held key leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager at SBI Ahmedabad Main Branch and the Regional Business Office in Kolhapur. His expertise spans MSME advances (20+ years), audit operations (6 years), and general & forex banking (10โ14 years). He holds a B.A. (Hons.) degree and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Since joining Lokmanya Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (LMCS) as the Regional Manager for the Belgaum Region on June 25, 2018, he has been at the helm of 37 branches and a Regional Office, leading a workforce of over 242 employees.
A postgraduate in science, Madhukar previously served Union Bank of India for 40 years in various managerial roles before bringing his vast experience to LMCS. Over the past six years, he has played a critical role in driving deposit growth and strengthening the organizationโs financial position.
Under his leadership, the Belgaum Regionโs deposits have grown from โน710.25 crore to โน1,303.36 crore, marking an impressive increase of โน593.11 crore. Despite a significant drop in deposits in November 2019, where the region saw a decline of โน120 crore, Madhukar successfully led a remarkable turnaround, adding โน567 crore and restoring financial stability.

Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Lokmanya Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (LMCS), he is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and optimizing regional performance.
Throughout his career, Dominic has held key leadership positions at renowned financial institutions, including Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Model Co-op Bank. His expertise spans banking operations, customer relationship management, business development, financial compliance, and risk assessment. He has successfully led teams in achieving sales targets across loans, deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and forex services.

Mr. Agnelo Carvalho

With an illustrious career spanning 38 years in the banking sector, Mr. Agnelo Santos Carvalho brings a wealth of expertise in banking operations, marketing, training, and administration. As the Regional Head for North Goa at Lokmanya Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (LMCS), he is responsible for developing and executing business strategies, overseeing branch operations, and driving regional growth. His role also involves strengthening relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with the Societyโs policies and regulations.
Before joining LMCS, Mr. Agnelo served as an Assistant General Manager at the State Bank of India (SBI), where he held multiple leadership roles. His experience includes a decade of managing small, medium, and large branches, six years as a training manager, five years leading marketing initiatives, and four years handling administration at SBIโs Corporate Centre in Nariman Point.
Renowned for his leadership, marketing, and training skills, Mr. Agnelo was honored as the Best Trainer in Maharashtra Circle. Sonali Dhande joined Lokmanya in March 2024 as the Head of Human Resources. With over 15 years of diverse experience across industries such as Mutual Funds, IT, Real Estate, and the Food Industry, she brings a deep understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
She holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology, a two-year masterโs in HR, a PG Diploma in Corporate Law, and is an alumna of IIM Indore.
She recently received the "Pioneering HR Leader of the Year" award.
