Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement a performance management system aligned with
organizational goals.
• Develop performance tools (appraisal forms, competency models, goal-setting
frameworks).
• Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Manage annual and mid-year appraisals and ensure timely, fair assessments.
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback and coaching.
• Develop and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming
employees.
• Support employee development and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and performance management best
practices.
Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on performance management.
• Expertise in developing and implementing performance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of performance management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools.
