Job Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through greetings, follow-up calls, and handling inquiries.
- Organize correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
- Prepare real estate forms, documents, and property listings.
- Coordinate site visits, gather feedback, and assist during showings.
- Handle marketing materials, order supplies, and distribute promotional content.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Manage client databases, prepare reports, and assist in closing processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales function.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (including Marathi).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong numeracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking mindset.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
