Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through greetings, follow-up calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Organize correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Prepare real estate forms, documents, and property listings.
  • Coordinate site visits, gather feedback, and assist during showings.
  •  Handle marketing materials, order supplies, and distribute promotional content.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Manage client databases, prepare reports, and assist in closing processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales function.

Skills Required

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (including Marathi).
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong numeracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking mindset.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
