• Drive growth of the gold loan business in assigned locations.

• Ensure smooth processing of loan applications and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate timely loan disbursements and repayments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve sales targets and support department success.
• Resolve customer issues related to gold loans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.
• Review branch performance and implement improvements.
Skills Required
• Knowledge of gold loan products.
• Experience in branch management or business development.
