Job Responsibilities
- Manage, design, and develop projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings).
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies, and create blueprints.
- Assess risks, materials, and costs for materials and labor.
- Provide advice and solutions to resolve issues.
- Oversee and mentor project staff.
- Liaise with stakeholders and monitor project progress.
- Produce status reports and manage budgets.
- Purchase equipment/materials and ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
- Prepare project estimates and timelines.
- Maintain daily project records and inspect project sites.
- Supervise construction crews and obtain necessary permits.
Skills Required
- BS / MA in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design and visualization tools.
- Strong in project estimation, management, and supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
