Job Responsibilities

• Research and build a sustainable donor pipeline through innovative fundraising
channels.
• Effectively communicate the organization’s mission and programs to potential
donors.
• Strategize and execute successful fundraising campaigns.
• Lead and participate in external events to expand donor outreach.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information for donor reports/queries.
• Update and maintain accurate donor details in the internal database.

Skills Required

• Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in social sciences, development studies,
business management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters.
