Job Description

The Head of Lokmanya Wealth Advisor (LWA) is responsible for leading the LWA division. This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients (LWA Agents) of the Society, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to meet clients’s financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. The Head of LWA ensures the growth and success of the division through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the LWA division to ensure excellent service delivery and client
    satisfaction.
  • Lead the enrollment and acquisition efforts to onboard new Lokmanya Wealth Advisors,
    ensuring the growth and expansion of our advisory team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with high-value clients
    (LWA Agents), fostering trust and long-term engagement.
  • Understand clients’ (LWA Agents) financial goals, risk profiles, and investment
    preferences through regular interactions and reviews.
  • Provide personalized advice and recommendations on the Society’s products and
    services, such as Fixed Deposit, Loans, Mutual Funds, wealth management, and
    Insurance services.
  • Oversee the cross-selling of products to existing clients (LWA Agents) to deepen
    relationships and generate additional revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with the Society’s regulations, policies, and procedures in all client
    (LWA Agents) interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Deposit, Loan, Mutual Fund & Insurance, to
    facilitate seamless service delivery to clients (LWA Agents).
  • Monitor and analyze clients' (LWA Agents) financial performance, identifying potential
    risks and opportunities for the Society.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client (LWA Agents) records, including financial data,
    correspondence, and account activities.
  • Organize and conduct client (LWA Agents) meetings, events, and presentations to
    strengthen relationships and promote the Society's offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to
    provide valuable insights to clients (LWA Agents) and the team.
  • Drive growth by identifying prospective markets for business development initiatives and
    setting goals for the LWA team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial
    services industry, with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
    with clients (LWA Agents) and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and
    navigate complex financial situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with banking software and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry best
    practices.
  • Ability to lead a division effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
