Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving HR excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and
    hiring.Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate
    profiles.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.Promote a positive workplace
    culture and address any conflicts or issues.Implement and enforce company policies and
    procedures.
  • Performance Management:
    Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.Provide
    support and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.Track and monitor
    employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. HR
    Administration:Maintain HR systems and databases.Prepare HR reports and metrics for
    management.Manage HR budgets and track expenses.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years of HR experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to handle grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and support for managers.
  • Proficiency in maintaining HR systems, preparing reports, and managing budgets.
