Job Responsibilities
•Project Planning and Development: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to streamline project processes and maintain consistent communication.
• Budget and Cost Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and manage cash flow to ensure financial feasibility and adherence to constraints.
• Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality control and safety standards while ensuring
compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Timely Project Delivery: Oversee project timelines and risk management, ensuring smooth handover with all required permits, certifications, and approvals in place.
Skills Required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred/ NICMAR.
• Professional certifications in project management or real estate development are a plus.
