Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and achieve set targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the financial services sector.
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as exhibitions, health camps, musical & drama programs, sponsorship, road shows, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations with the regional brands for large events.
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of BTL and branding activities within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the organization’s marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and local authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Train and guide the branch team on marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in marketing roles.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in BTL marketing activities, including event management, sponsorship, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel within the region.
