Job Responsibilities
● Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and achieve set targets.
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the financial services sector.
● Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
● Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to maximise brand exposure and reach in the region.
● Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing activities within the allocated budget.
● Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the organization’s marketing objectives.
● Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and local authorities.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
● Train and guide the sales team on marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement techniques.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
● Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Skills Required
● Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
● Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
● Proficiency in BTL marketing activities, including event management and promotional campaigns.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
● A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are mandatory.
● Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel within the region.
