About the Company
Job Description
- Establish tie-ups with Banks and NBFCs for different lending products – Mortgage, LAP, Personal Loans, Business loans, Gold loan, and Education loan.
- Directing and coordinating various marketing/sales/relationship building activities with Corporates and Home Developers.
- Need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
- To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & processSetup eligibility matrix for different kind of lending cases.
- Setup process for file pickup to disbursement from partners.
- Manage timely turn-around of individual case-files.
- Visiting Lokmanya branches for generating loan business from branches.
- Sourcing monthly loan cases from open market & meeting monthly business target.
Qualifications:
- 1-3years’ experience with a DSA / Aggregator is preferred
- High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Banking professionals with strong understanding of credit operations are also welcome
