Job Responsibilities
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and requests professionally.
- Greet visitors and ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings (in-person and
virtual). - Assist with organizing office events and activities.
- Conduct research, manage vendor relations, and oversee contracts.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure up-to-date documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Assist with asset management and inventory control.
Skills Required
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, and Microsoft Office.
- Multilingual may be preferred.
