Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the training function, both administratively and functionally.
  • Identify training needs through skill matrix and analysis.
  • Develop annual training plans, budgets, and calendars.
  • Design and create content for instructor-led and virtual training.
  • Collaborate with teams to align training with business strategies.
  • Conduct classroom, field, and soft skills training.
  • Implement assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Travel 60% to regional locations.

Skills Required

  • Post Graduate in the relevant domain.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership skills for motivating and guiding team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies.
