Job Responsibilities
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Assist in developing training content and e-learning modules.
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and maintain the training calendar.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Handle training logistics, records, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align training with organizational goals.
• Travel up to 60% for training delivery.
Skills Required
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions.
Other Requirements:
• Willing to travel up to 60%.
