Entry Rejection and Refund Conditions

• No Refunds on Application Fees: Once an application is received, application fees are non- refundable under any circumstances.
• Rejection Refund: If an application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded by 28th February 2025, after deducting ₹200 as processing charges.
• Non-Participation Cases: Refunds will not be provided if the participant:
  o Fails to collect their bib from the collecct from nearest branch.
  o Is unwell or otherwise unfit to run on race day.
  o Is not allowed to run due to high temperature or other health reasons.
• Discrepancies: Refund discrepancies must be reported immediately to the event registration team. No queries will be entertained after 28th February 2025.
• Unauthorized Group Code Use: Entries made using unauthorized corporate/group codes will be disqualified. Such registrants will not receive a bib and cannot participate on race day, with no refund provided.
  

Special Cases: Donations and Merchandise Payments

• Donations and payments made towards LMCS Merchandise are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Non-Transferability and Verification

• The right to participate in the Lokmanya Marathon is non transferable and at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
• Registrants may be subjected to identity and residence proof verification. Providing incorrect information will result in disqualification with no refund, and all associated benefits will be forfeited.

Disqualification and Impersonation

• Participants found not wearing their allotted bib will be disqualified from the event and the subsequent Lokmanya Marathon in 2025.
• Legal action may be taken against participants engaging in impersonation.

Media and Event Recordings

• Race day images and recordings captured by participants are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.
• Official photographs will be available on website after 48 hours.

Event Terms and Amendments

• The event organizers reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the Lokmanya Marathon at any time without prior notice.
